let's see... so i did end up going to the community college, which is cool. i was very late into registering, so the classes i have right now are ridiculous. one of them is drawing, which i did want to sign up for..but when art, which i view as a fun pasttime, becomes homework in which the instructor gives a list of exactly what he wants (as opposed to creative freedom), i hate it. probably going to withdraw.

that's about it. i should write on this more so that i can release some canned feelings. that's the original purpose of journals, right?

I have a whole fucking semester off so i'll have a lot of free time. and by a lot, i'm probably avail. every day. you know how to get a hold of me!

goddd my work hours has been shitty. i work *every* weekend from 1-10. it's killing me! i just wish i have the energy to do other things at night; i used to be able to survive well pass 12am; hell, i didn't even sleep. and now i feel groggily just trying to stay up to catch the daily show at 11. XD this is sad.

anywaysss it's been fun otherwise. well, thursday was a rough day for me; i came to the realization that i have to take a semester off of college, i lost 200 bucks because of my lameass bank, and i found out my boyfriend's mother doesn't really like me. it sucked because all that came at me all in one fucking day, but shit happens guess. good friend options once told me, "what doesn't kill you will only make you stronger," and i believe every word of it.

so of course, i'm not gonna brood over it anymore; rather, enjoy the free time i'll have and make as much money as i can for the spring semester coming up ahead.

well, that's it for now. i have to get ready for work soon and i don't like it. :( hit me up on aim sometime! my screen name is still mailman miles lol.

the way I see it: one day another person will steal your words and just fancy it up. you will always be a little note on a bottom of a page for others to grope. :/ after all, you are the original one.

the way I see it: there’s a sense of unity between the first and last word. it’s a train to other people’s actions, and when this is used, there is a demand for a reply to complete the puzzle, so to speak. without you will there will be no others.

colon: informs the reader what follows will prove and explain.

the way I see it: there’s some sort of justification that’s awaiting to happen, but the writer seems to be holding it off. there’s mystery on the reader’s part and a sense of omniscient on the writer’s.

brackets/parenthesis: adds supplementary information, etc etc.

the way I see it: looks clean, you’re probably anal.. and it probably feels better using it because wraps things up in a bubble in a way that it feels complete and whole. you like things to be perfect.

you know, I don't care much about money. I spend it out of whim and when I feel like I want something. there's not much thinking to it.

and yes, I do pay bills, I do make my own money and I essentially do sort of live on my own (I just don't pay for living in the house, but it does sure feel like it). so due to this, I often identify myself as the oddball renting a room from some asshole-y vietnamese household.

so while the shortage of money kills me often times, I'd brush it off. but it's the fact that my mother is so absolutely infatuated with money that tears the entire family apart. my dad, for example. he lives in another city, and the only time I'm allowed to visit him is when my mom sends me over there to collect child support money. and every other week it's 300 dollars, and he's barely living nowadays.

it's a whole mess of struggle. last night I almost cried seeing as he writes a 750.00 check due to his previous one bouncing. he's gotten skinny, because the only thing he consumes is coffee. and then I look at myself; I'm still wearing my summer dress that covers the rip on the back of my four-year-old jeans (my ass feels breezy). and my shoes are worn; I can start feeling leaks on the bottom on a rainy day.

our condition never really bothered me until now. my mother takes everything from us; she uses that fucking child support money to gamble. when I'm doing papers for her (taxes, insurances), she makes me lie about dad never paying for child support. she can technically get thrown in jail for that, but it's not that which bugs me the most, I'm destroying my dad's reputation. leaves a bad taste.

and yes, perhaps my dad is really pathetic in a way. he loves maplestory, he likes to interact and sometimes he can be more of a child than a grown man. but fuck, he has a good heart.

I saw all this and I told him that he's coming with me to new york after I graduate. I'll help him find a job and we'll live up there away from my mom's radius. he agrees, saying that he'll sell his car and all. I have a gay friend from here who wants to come with us too (his boyfriend lives in new york, so it's easier for him. and his parents are homophobic).

I need to get out of here more than ever. struggle is a good thing, but not when you have a maniacal mother perching on your shoulders to pound you down every mountain you climb.

I hate posting on holidays because I can't top the other posts on my FL.
